Our Vanilla bean extract requires 18 months from flower to bottle. Each blossom is hand polinated around April pollinating early each morning. We then hand harvest in January. We use only the finest locally sourced organic cane alcohol for our 100% grown in Hawaii Organically Grown Vanilla Extract. Each bottle is 4 ounces.
