Cashew Fruit Jelly

The fruit of the cashew tree are harvested and pressed the same day to preserve it's fresh flavor and jelly is made.  It's light yellow color reflecs the light and fragrant flavor of this jelly.  If you want to try a taste of the fruit this is one of the best ways.  Our jelly is soft and very low in sugar.  Sold individually in 4 ounce jars.
