Hand pollinating each flower in spring; we harvest in winter then sweat, dry and extract the beans for several months.  We use 100% Organic Hawaii sourced alcohol to extract our vanilla bean and gently splash with spring water to soften the flavor.  Bottled without filtering to save the caviar for extra flavor.
